Not only dismissive but also does not seem to have any professional behavior. If I’m not mistaken, he is age biased, aka, if you are not a young athlete then forget about getting any real answers to your concerns. When I had the audacity to challenge his lack of advice he auto dialed both my home and cell phone 5 times until I picked up. Hugely unprofessional behavior and Kaiser should be on notice that they have a very bad apple amongst them.
