I came to Cox South ER for a migraine I was suffering from for TWELVE DAYS. This doctor was EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD to me with his bed side manner and his professional knowledge on what I needed. He made my fears and stress drop to literally zero. He was calm, professional, and showed me immediately that I could trust him. He explained everything I needed to know and gave me two options of care- I asked him to please do what he thinks I needed. He gave me 2 injections, one in my neck and one in my head. Dr. Vashaw was amazing! I appreciated his thoroughness and concern. I felt he was very personable. He didn’t make me feel foolish for being there and I felt he took my symptoms seriously. I also felt that he took time to ask questions and really consider my responses. Cox is blessed to have him.
Where to begin. After having my fourth and final baby- I found myself in the ER two days later with a heavy chest, low BMP, And trouble breathing. After seeing another ER doctor and having a few test ran- I was sent home to assume my body was retaining water and that was the issue. I was scared. Jon is very straight to the point. He's attentive in his own way, smart man, and caring. I will admit I was taken back at first. But turned out to be an outstanding ER doctor.
