Been seeing doctor Kahan for 5 years. We discussed that I might be having a little logic reaction to my blood pressure medicine and to try a name brands. Alicia in his office Called me and said she was doing the prior authorization for him what were my symptoms. I explained my symptoms and also said I just saw him a couple of days ago it's in my chart. He made a wrong decision that landed me in the E.R. then discharges me from the practice because others asked why a pulmonary edema condition had returned when it could have been prevented. FAILURE to accept responsibility for an incorrect decision. Cry baby
