Jon was the most patient and understanding Realtor I have ever worked with. My home buying experience was filled with more downs than up, yet he was there for every bit of it and sometimes took on handling situations that I could not for one reason or another. Jon is truly one of a kind in realty. He went above and beyond with my wife and I as we looked for our first home. He would answer our calls or texts at all times of the day or night, and he was patient with us as we looked at so many houses, never being bothered by our exuberance at house hunting, nor being pushy as we wandered through them. He made sure that we found a home that was perfect for us, and always had our back in every situation. When it comes to realty, I will always work with Jon.
Prior to meeting Jon, I had purchased 6 properties with 6 different realtors. I just purchased my 7th with Jon as my realtor. I challenge anyone to find a better realtor. The knowledge of the area was like nothing I have ever seen. He was always available, able answer any question and was just an absolute pleasure to work with.
