Unlike any dentist I've been to! Dr. Betchel was thorough and took time to explain each tooth with an issue, and showed me the pictures with a detail of the procedure needed. A plan was made for treatment. Im a self pay, no insurance, and they have many payment options to offer! Every staff encounter was friendly and pleasant! Best of all... I've been given peace of mind to find someone who aligns with holistic practices and not the standard dentistry with harmful chemicals and proceedures!
Quality, consistent care and attention to detail over the 20 years as a patient. All the staff is courteous and attentive. Dr John has years of experience to guide him. Highly recommended.
Dr Bechtel did a great job fitting me with my new bridge, now I can enjoy the holidays without worrying about my teeth.
I drive about an hour and 20 minutes to get my dental work done, scheduling isn't always the easiest, but Dr. Bechtel is highly sought after, and pays attention to detail. I wish there were more dentists like him in the Detroit area. As for some of the negative comments, yes I had a mishap with my crown, but that's on the laboratory, but in my book, a good dentist, and a confident smile is worth the drive, and wait, thank you Dr. Bechtel.
