Dr Tsai is very concerned for his patients and explains exactly what needs to be done to resolve the patient’s issues. The entire staff is very courteous at Baylor Scott and White.
Great doctor. Very sensitive and didn’t rush through my appt.
Received promptly by check in process. Friendly. Nurse was very efficient and cordial. Dr Tsai did an excellent job with the removal of spot on my right eyelid. He was very cordial. He has a resident working with him, who examined my eyes as well. Very friendly and cordial.
Dr. Tsai explained everything to me that I need to get done and made sure I understood each procedure he is a very good doctor.
