I am a physician with more than 40 years of experience and want to expose Dr Higgins. His training is in Vascular Surgery and performing procedures at Magical Plastic Surgery in Orlando, even his training is in Vascular Surgery, NOT Plastic. The facility is very nice but appears as upfront for questionable billing practices.
