Dr. Gross was great with my 89 yr old mom. We were very happy with this doctor. He's friendly and explained everything clearly.
This man, Jonathan Gross, single handedly saved my fathers life about a decade ago, if it wasn’t for him, I don’t really know if my father would be infront of me as we speak, I came back now, old enough to understand the truth and the hard work, he has gone through and endured throughout these years. I felt heard. I had surgery for another matter which completely sidelined me for 4-5 months. Since then, I’ve been experiencing knee pain and I’ve tried all forms of topical relief and oral medications. Another doctor wanted to just inject the pain away which I felt wasn’t treating the issue. When I refused, he prescribed oral medication and said if that doesn’t work, come back for an injection. Dr. Gross was so friendly. I felt really comfortable talking with him. A lot of doctors these days are not friendly or dont show concern or compassion, but Dr. Gross was super friendly and it was a good experience.
