Staff was very nice. Doctor was very nice and attentive.
My one app't with Dr. Gross was very positive. He communicated well, answered questions with assurance and clarity, referred me to one of his assistants for further testing and interpretation. He also communicated well with referring ortho surgeon and primary care doctors!!! Very helpful! Nancy Maxwell
