12/8/25 I had the pleasure of speaking with Joell Hull this morning at Dr. Jonathan Gray, D.O. Office, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly personable, friendly, and professional. From the moment we spoke, she understood the pain I was experiencing and went out of her way to help me. Dr. Gray is very pleasant & caring. He listened & answered all my questions, giving me all the time I needed. Also, he gave me options, which I appreciated very much.
He did a robotic total knee replacement for me in March of 2021, and I have not had a pain free day since. He dismissed me when I tried to tell him, and sent his PA instead of seeing me himself. The pain is excruciating sometimes, and now I find out that it wasn't done right and I have to go through that surgery and physical therapy all over again? Be careful who you trust.
Amazing care by Dr Grey. Very caring and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand situation. Very impressed with his work!
