I had a pre-op appointment with Dr. Giles this week and surgery this week. He is an amazingly calm and reassuring presence. He explains everything well. I’ve had complications after prior surgeries and he listened and reassured me. I would recommend Dr. Giles to anyone who is looking for a fabulous physician. Dr. Giles is top notch.
Doctor Giles listens to you and he cares. When dealing with health issues and trying to understand options, having someone like Dr. Giles on your side is so important.
Super nice team. Heather RN is very personable as is Dr. Giles. He was kind and listened to all my concerns. Calmed my nerves, for sure.
Dr. Giles was very abrupt and unpersonable walked in, in street close said your to fat for surgery and could not do surgery. He didn't know how much I needed to drop just said google it. When I googled it he basically wants me to loose 35% of my body mass which is virtually impossible. I have not been that weight since I was 14 yrs old.
It was very good! Staff. Doctor. Explanation. The doctor took time to explain. Had a very positive experience with the same doctor two years ago. Nothing but praise for him!!!
