My primary complaint is related to his office practice and lack of follow up or any communication at all. I have been trying to setup an appointment and get a refill approval and no one will even call me back. My pharmacy is also trying and experiencing the same. Have left numerous messages with his assistant, the “practice manager” (not sure who that is) and also the my health app. Practically begging for any response and crickets. I guess they have gone out of business?
