He was personable and knowledgeable. He managed to be confident without being arrogant. He explained things well and so far my shoulder surgery and recovery have been smooth with minimal pain.
Very well aware of my situation. Explained everything to me including the risks.great bedside manner and put me at ease. Felt very good about choosing him to do my shoulder surgery. Looking forward to getting the surgery done.
Dr. Fallon was flippant with questions like 'Do you want to fix it or not fix it?' Any patient would say 'fix it.' He followed up by explaining that 200 years ago no one would get a bone break like this fixed, and they moved on with whatever functionality and pain they had. Not wanting to take that approach, I agreed to the surgery he recommended, and asked if he could do it arthroscopically. He said no. After leaving the office I realized I didn't trust him. Had a highly successful outcome from knee surgery five years ago. Dr. Fallon listens carefully, he's personable and, most importantly, a really good surgeon.
Dr. Fallon took time to listen and respond to our questions and concerns about the traumatic fracture of my left humerus. My adult daughter and I did not feel rushed or pressured. When she and I had decided from the three options he presented, he scheduled the surgery for the very next afternoon, after his other surgeries (probably much later in the day than he would normally be at CDH).
Excellent Surgeon and person. Repaired both of my shoulders by Arthroscopic Surgery when other Surgeons said they could not fix me. Thank you Dr. Fallon for giving me back my life to be able to work again!
I went where I was looking for a solution and it came out worse and what annoyed me the most is not responsible for my error in my hip
I found Dr.Fallon to be very professional and explains everything to you in the language and wording you can understand.I have to have a total shoulder replacement and he is the one to do it from what others have told me.I trust him.
I separated my bicep muscle in June 2016. The most excruciating experience of my life. Dr Fallon described the surgical procedure for repairing my arm in specific detail with great enthusiasm about the positive outcome. A somewhat common procedure, he talked me through each step from surgery to recovery. It took 4 months but I have 100% mobility in my arm and shoulder. Without would have been 40%. I can't stress enough how greatfull I am for his kindness and expertise.
