5 years prior, I had my floors refinished and a inlay installed. The gentleman seemed reliable and had good reviews. I wanted to use Jonathan Pera but he was very busy and I wanted it done much sooner than he was available. Much to my chagrin, the work done back then was bad. I lived with it for 5 years and finally decided to have them fixed. I called Jonathan, we decided on a plan of action of replacing some, repairing what could be repaired, and installing new. John was extremely professional and courteous. My floors look great, I highly recommend to anyone looking to get refinishing work or new flooring put in!
My goodness the LUSTER!! I had Freddy and his Son out to refinish our tired hardwood floors.........they look like a Phoenix rising from the ashes!! Glorious!!! The mirror sheen catches the morning sun, and fills the living room with a soft glow. I could not be more pleased with the workmanship! A true showing of workmanship and pride!!
Don’t even bother
Great guys who sanded and 4 coats of polyurethane on our floors. Our floors are origina from when the house was built in the 50's
