I have used their slide rails for my customers; the DoD. Even though it is a very durable product, their customer service attitude is cocky and poor. Their lead time is always extremely long (+10 weeks) and they don't provide payment terms, only credit card purchases. Once I find an alternative, I'm dropping them as a supplier.
