I drove from Hampton to Richmond for nothing. I was referred to Dr. Isaacs by my orthopedic surgeon to determine whether my bone tumor was an enchondroma or chondrosarcoma:. Prior to him entering the room, his nurse told me that they didn't receive the image of the x-ray,, but they only were able to view the written x-ray summary/notes. She asked me if I had a disk of the x-ray, and I told her no. I was excited to see an actual professional hand doctor here in Virginia. WRONG!! He goes along with insurance wishes. I'm having issues with soft tissue and he only looks at the bone. The bone has been healed for 8 months. I wonder what he didn't hear?
