Been going here for 20 years they’ve always treated me great

They don't guarantee their work. My husband had a filling put in about a year ago. They wouldn't fix it. They wanted to charge him for an exam, and also charge to redo it. Did I mention they are over priced He walked out. They lost two patients today.
Update to Owner: I did not express concern about my failing crown to Dr. Carmichael because he really, really struggled to install the crown and was extremely rough on me (smashing my face in like a vice, pressing hard on facial bones and forcing my mouth open beyond its capacity). It was a horrible experience! If he couldn't do it right (after being a dentist for 40+ years) I was not about to retun to him. Had a crown put in 4.5 years ago by Dr. Robert Carmichael. I had nothing but problems with it. It recently came out and Dr. Carmichael has since retired and sold the practice to Dr. Backer. Neither of them will work on a solution with me. I paid $1200 for this crown that was not installed properly from the start and now have a $1400 estimate with a new dentist. Not good business! Crowns should last longer than 4.5 years! Go elsewhere.
