I had a very disappointing experience with this cardiologist. He always seems rushed, but today’s interaction was especially unacceptable. He called me on speakerphone and kept talking over me the entire time. Every time I tried to ask a question, he interrupted. When I said “excuse me” because I couldn’t hear him clearly, he raised his voice at me instead of helping clarify. His demeanor was rude and unprofessional. What a wonderful doctor! I was very nervous to see a cardiologist, but when I saw Dr. Dunn, he was kind and patient. He really took his time with me. By the end, I was no longer nervous. After some testing, he found the cause of my palpitations. I feel so much better now!
Dr.Dunn is amazing! You’re walking out of the appointment and he’s immediately calling you with results. He embodies what a doctor should be like. Attentive, knowledgeable and humane.
