TRUST THE PROCESS! listen to Docs instructions and you WILL get better. He know exactly what he’s talking about and he will explain anything to you if you just ask or if you don’t ask. He engages greatly with the patient and is very informative. His wealth of knowledge and is urge to help get you better is something I wish other practitioners did.
