In 2017, my sister had a very bad heart condition, and her cardiologist, Dr. Shah, sent her to Northwestern. Dr. Rich led the team that was seeing after my sister. She was in the hospital about three and a half months, unfortunately, she passed away. Dr. Rich and his team, the nurses, doctor that operated on her, did a wonderful job. She flat lined once.
