Everything is fine. I have two questions. I’m seeing an appointment scheduled at 9 AM on 13 February? What is that for and then secondly I had requested a copy of the information that I signed that was an estimate and I didn’t understand what that was for. can somebody please explain to me what I’m signing for an estimate when the insurance wasn’t even authorized for treatment?
Staff was very helpful and kind. The doctor was very informative explaining everything he was doing.
I have been a patient for 20 years. Every visit. the staff are welcoming. friendly and professional.
