Very happy with the room and staff is very nice
This was our second time coming here. We loved it even more bringing the kids. I can say it was super safe and the playground was in a closed in gate and as a mom I absolutely love that! The creek side is easy access for all. They have access to washers, dryers and ice. We didn’t get the room we had originally booked but that was on us because we arrived early. My husband and I stayed here after a 3 day motorcycle trip through NC for our anniversary. The staff and room was great. Parking was great. We had a hot tub room and it was nice after a long trip. My only recommendation would be a more absorbent towel or mat for the hot tub and shower. The floors were very slick even after drying with the towels. I love the pool and location!
Was very disappointed in my stay. My wife and I could not shower because there was no hot water for us to do so much less being able to use the jacuzzi tub due to this. Called office and their response was to wait maybe thirty minutes and try again. I waited longer and had barely enough hot water to get a quick shower myself so again the jacuzzi was out.. by this time my wife had fell asleep and all they did was reduce my rate a bit or offered a full refund if we wanted to go elsewhere.
