What a pathetic service Dr Jonathan Choi’s staff provides. The appointment scheduler agent from central Austin is extremely rude. They don’t understand patients asks and answer extremely rudely. The call agent shows frustration over the call and hangs up call on your face! They say nurse will call but she never calls. So many back n forth calls only to understand why an allergy test was scheduled for $961 dollars when a similar test has already been done in the last 5 years for same symptoms. Great surgeon and super great experience at Ascension hospital
Excellent preparation, excellent execution. Dr. Choi is very caring and supportive. He went way out of his way to accommodate my needs. A plus for him on every count. I highly recommend Dr Choi!
