I love this practice! I am always able to get an appt quickly and when needed I can speak with the on call dr immediately. The front desk is awesome and so friendly whenever we go in for appts. I have never waited more than 5mins in the lobby for my appt or waited longer than 5 mins in the room for a nurse/dr. When I need forms filled out they are filled out quickly and when I have questions the doctors or a nurse gets back to me very quickly.
Not once have I had a bad experience here (since 2014). My son's pediatrician is Dr. Klontz. Everyone here is very polite, especially to my son! Dr. Klontz explains everything very well and answers all of my questions. I really love their advice nurse, Denise. She is wonderful and very helpful! I love all of the staff in this practice.
Front desk it's terrible. I had my kids there and they always change my appointment for both them without telling first. We had problems with that after the main doctor retire. Never bringing my kids back here, beside that my kid is missing 5 vaccine to start scholl and they wont do anything about it.

My kids (all 4 of them) have been patients at this practice for years! Ever since Dr. Miller parted ways with the group it has gone downhill. They have the capability to take urine cultures but never do. My child was sick complaining of terrible back pains and had a 104 fever was seen by Dr Klontz - had a negative flu test done and he told me to go home and hop her up on Motrin and treat it as the flu. My child collapsed at home the next day was rushed to the ER to find out she had a horrible UTI that moved into her kidneys ... read more
