I can't comment on the quality of the dental work but chairside and reception friendliness is not there. I'm spending nearly 5k and its like I'm invisible. Not even a "how is it going today? (insert name)

My first appointment after my dentist retired. I was impressed with the care that I received, but then I got a bill for x-rays that was supposed to be covered by insurance. When I called the office to have the bill explained they told me that it was a mistake on their part and not to worry about it. I kept getting bills stating overdue. I kept calling and was told that they would take care of it and it was a mistake. I finally got a notice that they were taking me to court and was directed to a collection agency. I'm a wreck when I see the dentist and the staff and Dr. Campbell were patient and very kind to me during my root canal process. Highly recommend!
