I saw Dr Kalkwood a few years back. He had the wrong file when we started to talk, once he realized this, he acted like it was my fault. Rude, talks in circles. Gave me a spinal tap in his office claiming he know exactly where to inject the needle. No he doesn’t!!! I jumped and he threw his instrument across the room, it hit the wall!
