Dr. Reid was very easy to talk to. I was very comfortable. He answered my questions and we figured out a plan. However, getting in for a MRI is taking so long. I thought I would get in right away. I have to wait August 3, 2026. The pain in my back to be getting worse!
Had a wonderful visit. Seen for a re occurrence of an issue I'd been seen for in the past. All of my questions about medications were thoughtfully and thoroughly discussed. A plan put in place for physical therapies that are suitable for my situation and completely doable. We also went over what to expect as the condition evolves through the natural aging process. At the end of the visit I went away confidant in the plan, the doctor and staff, and my capacity to deal with this without fear or doubt. Thank you again TCO!
I just had my first TCO visit last week with Dr Reid. He was awesome. He was super friendly, had a wonderful bedside manner and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or like he didn't have time to address my concerns. He thoroughly explained all of my treatments options and walked me through my procedures. I would definitely see him again and recommend him to anyone.
