I just had my first TCO visit last week with Dr Reid. He was awesome. He was super friendly, had a wonderful bedside manner and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or like he didn't have time to address my concerns. He thoroughly explained all of my treatments options and walked me through my procedures. I would definitely see him again and recommend him to anyone.
My experience with Dr. Reid was very good and I have full confidence in moving forward with him. Where I had the issue was with the MRI department. I was not given the address for that building so I was a few minutes late for my appointment. The MRI technician was extremely rude. Frankly if this was my business, at the very least, she should be sent back for further training with regard to acceptable customer interaction. Not good.
He has a great plan for moving my personal healthcare forward to get optimum results.
