The staff and Dr. Behran put me at ease. They acted very professionally and courteous.
I decided to try Dr. Behrens for my hip issue because another doctor I saw in the same group (different location) was just not very friendly and every time I tried calling his office for information, nobody would answer the phone. They also only returned my call one time. I waited about a month to see about the referral for an MRI only to find out that the MRI people never got the referral. This is unacceptable. Dr. Behrens and his team have been incredible from the start. Appointments are fast and informative. Surgery was managed well throughout the whole process.
