Very kind, gentle, personable, and thorough. We had a great experience and he made my young son feel comfortable. After a previous bad experience with a different orthopedist in Rexburg, seeing Doctor Hancock was wonderful. Highly recommend.

I had one of my hips replaced in 2020 by a doctor in Idaho Falls. It was a horrible experience. It took me a very long time to get to a place, where I could function with my new hip. I was terrified to get my other hip replaced and put it off until I couldn't put it off any longer. The experience I had with Dr Hancock was a totally different experience! The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hancock did a great job on my knee. Communicates well, the surgery center was simple and great to work with as well.
