I have had the pleasure of having Jonasvar serve as the Community Management company I live in A condominium at Shorehaven here in the Bronx. Jonasvar Employees were plesantr, The fact that there had been Knowlegeble and most importantly VERY RESPECTFUL to the Homeowners. I own a coop in a building that used to be run down, poorly managed and in fiscal crisis until Jonasvar was hired. This company worked for 6 months totally free of charge! Because of this company's guidance we owe no bills, installed a state of the art gym, new elevator, new magnetic entrance, did gas conversion and will be installing a new roof. We have had a small 2% increase in maintenance 3 years ago.

Poor customer service. They intentionally push repairs on their shareholders to avoid doing them or addressing them. Constant lying and dodging responsibility. This is the most unprofessional management i've ever seen.
