Jonas is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic, with a wide range of skills and techniques. He’s helped me relieve tension and pain in my neck and shoulders many times. His holistic approach makes the experience feel like so much more than a standard RMT session. I recommend him to everyone — he listens, remembers, and genuinely cares.
Highly recommend! I have been seeing Jonas RMT for a number of years following initial sessions for neck pain & stiffness. After sustained success with those issues, I've brought many other things to the table over time. He is a professional, conscientious & thorough therapist whose practice is client-centred. Simply said, it's been nearly 10 years and just keep going back.
Before I seen Jonas I was suffering from excruciating migraines on average twice a month I would miss work and be unable to function. I have neck pain from previous injury including a car accident and have severe motion sickness. Jonas is a skilled, experienced, and effective RMT. At my first appointment, Jonas took the time to carefully assess all of the connected factors which could be contributing to my neck pain, and applied a gentle treatment which was very effective. I was free from neck pain for over 2 months after the very first treatment.
I have known Jonas for over a decade and it has been an amazing experience to witness the progression in his skills and the amount of people he has helped. I personally have been in two serious accidents and he was always a huge part in my swift and full recovery. Recently I took his course "Tools for Everyday Healer". I am not a massage therapist, but thanks to his great teaching skills, I was able to use some of the basic techniques on my family members.
