Dr Berlin and his nurse are incredible! I’m 38 weeks pregnant -as if that’s not miserable enough - and had an ear infection. They got me in immediately taking time out of their lunch to see me when another office made a mistake making the infection worse. Not even a day later and I’m feeling SO much better and able to actually sleep before the baby comes. My husband and my son also see Dr Berlin regularly. He’s super attentive and genuine about your care.

Don’t recommend ...My primary is Dr. Berlin. I couldn’t get an appointment with him. Dr Berlin was booked. Had my appointment with Kara Keeling a nurse practitioner Thursday 2/20/20 . I’ve been having severe abdominal pain for two weeks. The initial conclusion was possible pancreas issue.I was told a STAT CT order would be ordered to get me scanned ASAP. A STAT order in general would be done the following day. My insurance contacted me Friday 2/21/20 to inform me a preauthorization for my CT scan had been approved. On Friday... read more
