Prompt, efficient and professional. They are a class act. My system went out last month and they gave me all of my options. After reviewing their given estimates I ended up waiting two days and was in communication with my technician mason several times asking many questions. He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Just had a run capacitor replaced by JonAire. Someone arrived within a few minutes and was both curtious and professional. We sooooo appreciate it since we are in Pahrump, Nevada with temps 105-117. Thought we would have to go get a room at the Pahrump, Nugget since no one else was available for two days!
We had two 40 year old air conditioners replaced. Jon recommended the best one for our house. Employees were efficient and professional. They also cleaned up after completion. We would recommended this company and there was no upsale.

Having no ac in prime desert heat season is no joke. I’m just a renter so when your ac goes out you’re at the mercy of your realtor/homeowner. My A/C went out and was outdated. 3 different companies came out and JonAire was the only one who went up in my attic. They also arranged interest free financing. All of the employees are fantastic and professional. I am so happy with my new A/C and heating unit. I would never call anyone else!!

I love this company! They did such a great job installing my air conditioner, and believe me it was tough getting it into the rafters of my house. The workers were fantastic! Left the house as clean as they found it. They really went above and beyond. Building permits were filed with the city. Great quality work was completed. Everything was above board. I shopped six different companies and these guys came back with the best price. Highly, highly recommend them!
