With the off the top 25% the owner keeps no matter what you basically have to never spend a day/night in your rental. I got denied the remaining 75% of my deposit because they had to paint(after two years) and move the trash can to the curb. Jonah Mitchell Property Management is the WORST possible place from which to rent. I rented from them and was told nothing but lies the entire time I dealt with them. If you don't know anything about Jonah Mitchell, he wants to be a politician in Nicholasville (he's run for office and lost), so he is a "yes man", meaning he tries to gloss over everything and pretend like he's going to take the best care of you.
