Had two appts scheduled with this company to repair my AC; had to take vacation time from work to ensure I was home - had appt for 2-6 pm on Monday; called at 5 pm to see if I had been forgotten and was assured that I was "next on the list". Got a call a 7 pm saying basically that "sorry, cant make it, lets reschdule". Rescheduled for the following Friday at 6 pm; called the company at apprx 3 pm to ensure I was still on schedule and was told "yes". We we having the air handler break down and noticed that the ceiling had water damage. The company that had installed it tore up the closet it was housed and left a mess--"Were not carpenters." and didnt put in a quality unit. Jon Wayne put in a quality unit, replaced the leaking air ducts and did the carpentry work to put the closet back together. We are much happier and cooler now. Thank you Jon Wayne!
