Even after replacing our roof we were not able to get a response from the company. Left voicemail, website form, and 3 of us called 7 times and nothing. Very disappointing.
Recently had our roof replaced by Jon Walter Roofing (late June '19). I called to get quotes from four different companies, three of them either required, or highly pressured me to see the insurance rate sheet FIRST (which I don't like, I want quotes for the work, insurance or not). We called to have an estimate for our roof replacement, and were initially really impressed. The woman who answered the phone offered to send a technician out to inspect the roof within a few days, and she would email me the estimate. Ed showed up two days later and inspected the roof. We went over a few additional problems (gutters, fascia, etc) and he advised I should receive an email from the office within a few days. After using Jon Walters Roofing for a maintenance project on my house, my overall impression is that they did minimal work for a maximum price. When I reasonably questioned the owner for details of what his estimate promised and what work was actually done in the very short time they took, he was smug and uninterested in making me any happier about our transaction. I paid the bill and won’t be calling again. Being a homeowner for decades I’ve had many good experiences with contractors. This wasn’t one.
