Jon W. Hughes is a careless Dr. . My Father died, because he was not given the correct medicine. All he needed was a prescription for antibiotics, he had a UTI. INSTEAD, my Father DIED from RENAL FAILURE which caused SEVERE PAIN and did not receive any medicine for the HORRIFIC PAIN!
