I specifically wanted to establish care with Dr. Strutzenberg due to overwhelming positive feedback from members in the community. He's truly an asset and I can see why he is held in such high regard.
Knowledge, caring, compassionate, takes time to answer questions, not hurried.
Too many patients can't get care anymore rude nurse don't check chart to get information on items to that are important. Too much back and forth calls to resolve issues. Wait time is horrible and have to wait months to get an appointment.
Dr. Jon has been the doctor to my family and I for the past 20 years. Great knowledgeable doctor that I've recommended to many people! Thanks Struts for taking such good care of us all. You're appreciated!
Dr. Strutzenberg is an amazing Doctor. when my son at 6weeks old was in the hospital we had checked in and the nurse came in and asked if i knew a Dr.Strutzenberg and i said yes that is my sons doctor she said okay he is here to see you guys. He came out of his way to make sure we where all okay. we left his practice for a short time when we moved and i was so happy to go back. I will forever be grateful for the wonderful doctor he is.
My family has seen Dr. Strutzenberg since 1999. He has gotten too busy to get needed appointments. If we message through the "myChart" it seems he is reading over too fast to take in all of the information, and there is too much missed that is important, and has to be re-addressed, taking longer. Also - some of the issues which needed treatment were not being treated with proper dosage of medications - which we found out later in the ER department. Not the same good doctor that he once was.
Highly recommend Dr. Jon. Explains things very well. Spends the time needed with you and is thorough. Great bedside manner as well!
