I just had total right knee replacement 2 months ago by Dr. Jon Simpson. My recovery has been much better than expected. There has been minimal pain during the recovery process. Dr. Simpson and his assistant Ashley Reagan worked great together during this entire process. The communication before, during, and after has been outstanding. Very pleased with the service I received from Dr. Simpson and his staff. I had a total knee replacement surgery and it when better than I expected. My recovery time has been shorter than i thought and I’m not a very “patient” person. The entire staff was friendly, available, and supplied all the information that I needed to prepare and recover. I would highly recommend Dr. Jon Simpson and Ashley Reagan for any orthopedic needs.
totally lied about need for surgery then nicked a nerve causing the loss of my hand. HE failed to show up at his office for several appointments and showed zero interest in admitting his culpability. thus I am without the use of my hand for the rest of my life.
Dr Simpson replace my knee 1 year ago, I just had it redone in Nashville by a doctor that does know what he is doing, he said amazing how bad the surgery by Dr. Simpson was done extremely poor job, I called the office and wrote him a letter personally wit no response at all, I was writing him and saying the surgery was done wrong he would not respond at all, please do not go to this doctor, you could have to get surgery redone as I did, from the start it did not seem as it was done correct ( knee replaced) He just kept kicki... read more
Dr Simpson is very good as a surgeon - seems competent and caring his office staff however and heir handing of calls leaves a lot to be desired. he I wold give a 5 star even though the surgical outcome so far is not as expected. his nurses at least a 4 star - his front office staff is there a negative star? uncaring and tells lies as well as being rude at times. verging on sadistic...
Dr. Simpson has been my doctor for 20+ years and has always been spot on with his diagnosis and treatment. He is very thorough and very patient with my questions. He explains in a manner so I can understand and I never feel like he is rushing to get to his next patient. Most of the "Corporate America" doctors today do not display any of the above qualities as Dr. Simpson. This quality and culture is truly missed. He is not local for me but I would drive anytime before seeking treatment closer to me.
He replaced my knee which had been replaced two other times by another doctor. He was able to replace it and save my leg from being amputated.
