Can’t say enough about him- wonderful experiences. He actually listens to your concerns, shows concern and sympathy- truly wants to get to the bottom of issues and doesn’t just snub you off. He’s the first doctor to catch an autoimmune disease I have and didn’t make me feel like a complainer. He also allows you to make decisions on your care rather than telling you what to do. I will be so sad if he ever leaves Carle bc he’s a good one!
I have seen Dr. Rider once so far. It was a new patient appointment for me. I could not have been more pleased with him. He even made the awkwards things, totally not awkward at all. He spent a whole 45 minutes with me and went over my entire medical history. Asked me about my goals and hobbies. He listened to me when I talked and he answered every questions amd i didnt feel rushed at all. My whole immediate family is going to him and they have all had the same great experience.
