I have been a customer for almost a year and recently was noticing my Botox wasn’t even lasting 3 months (even though I was getting injected more and more units each time) when I asked to come back at 2.5 months for a “touch up”, I was advised against it because it was too soon. Now I called to make an appointment and the esthetician is gone and now the center is closed on Wednesday, Fridays and weekends with limited availability on other days and times which don’t work for people who work normal jobs. Esthetician was nice and friendly, but unfortunately the results of my facial were not great. I left there with skin that was worse than when I came there. When you splurge on a “feel-good” facial, you hope to leave feeling good, but I left feeling self conscious and with dry, bruised, and eventually scabbed over skin.
