Dr Pirrello is a caring and intelligent surgeon. He is compassionate and listens. If more surgeons and doctors were like Dr. Pirrello, people would not be apprehensive about getting medical attention.
I had surgery on 06/25/20. I can’t say enough how happy with the results I am but more important how amazing Dr. Pirrello is. Starting from the beginning every question I had, every information I needed he took all the time and explain everything to make sure I understand . I was home very next day and recovery was so smooth and so good it didn’t even felt i had any kind of surgery. He also fixed my esophagus hernia same time when he did my sleeve. According to LinkedIn, Dr. Pirrello now practices with Hartford Healthcare at Backus Hospital in Norwalk, CT (as of October 2020). He is one of the best doctors I've ever had. Wishing him the best of luck!
Dr. Pirello performed Bariatric surgery on my son in March of 2020 - he and his team were fabulous! My son wants to continue his care with Dr. Pirrello, so I called his (old) office in Farmington to find out where he went. They said they didn’t know. Having worked in the medical profession myself, I know they are just not sharing the information. Yes, if any of you ever find out where he is, please post. Thanks!
