I would give 0 for everything, absolutely terrible company that shouldn’t exist in a modern economy, no customer service, lies and deceit.
Avoid Justin and Jon Polentz like the plague. If you want to have constant stress, work with them, if not, save time and heartache and find someone else to manage your properties.
I intended renting an apartment from Jon Polentz and found him to be totally dishonest. He lied concerning the total rent amount, use of the deposit and what was to be included with the apartment. I would not recommend renting an apartment or conducting any business with him or any of the employees in his company.
