Jon has a very gentle, unassuming approach to his role; he does not pressure in anyway. He sought to know my wants and needs, what I was looking for in a home, neighborhood, setting. He knew the locations he showed me. He was astute about the market. He was intentionally present to me in the many, many practicalities in looking, making offers, the purchase and signing. Jon was, in short, so helpful.
