Ordering additional orthotics was an absolute nightmare. I had to call multiple times because I asked questions and they failed to call me back like they promised they would. Misleading information given on a phone call (I guess my fault for not insisting things be recorded or put in writing) and then something different told to me when I came to pick up. My son had an ingrown toenail. Bad. Was his second one. First time we went to urgent care and it was a traumatic experience. Next time a doctor recommended the good doctor. Amazing the difference. Used some cold spray and expertly clipped the nail. My son practically cried tears of joy. Plus the doctor is a cool guy.
