Dr. Rock is great his staff is TOTALLY lost. On Sunday I went to their website and clicked on "request an appointment" Called after not hearing from them on Monday, 10am and gosh no one had checked to see if anyone requested an appointment. Now we have no slots available until next week. Can you fax or email me a copy of your insurance card? My response?
