Jon proved his worth throughout the entirety of the buying cycle. I’ve gone through several realtors and haven’t had the best perspective of them. Jon changed that and showed me that there are some great realtors out there. He was critical in pre-buying process - helping us understand the structure and engineering of the house for any potential demo work, creating the right offer, securing concessions, and ultimately saving me and additional $21k from being spent out of pocket at the final hour. Very highly recommend.

We have now worked with Jon both buying and selling property. I myself am a Realtor in a different area, and know what "great" looks like when it comes to real estate agents. I've known Jon for more than 10 years and he is absolutely the first person who comes to mind when the topic of Denver real estate comes up.
