Terrible customer service. I got to my appointment yesterday and went back with the hygienist. She wasn't friendly. That's fine. I felt like she was being really rough and then was rude about it. About twenty minutes in I had enough and said this isn't working and got up. As my mouth was filling with blood, I asked the ladies at the counter to reschedule me with someone else as I felt like the woman was being rude, hurting me needlessly. Having experienced multiple emergencies, as well as routine appointments, Dr. Mcdonald has always responded positively, timely and professionally. Quality services and staff.

He dropped me as I could not take the X-ray during an appointment. On that appointment he accepted my apology for not taking Xray due to I had only 30 minute for that appointment. Then he sent out a note to dismiss me. This Doctor care more about money than you! Terrible. So he does not want you to cancel your appointment even you have a good reason for it.

Don’t cancel an appointment more than 1 time due to unavoidable circumstances. This doctor will drop you as a patient. The first time I canceled was due to an emergency at work. The second time I got injured and had to cancel my appointment and was dropped as a patient right before a wisdom tooth procedure. I gave 2 stars because of the good staff.

I've been a patient of Dr. McDonald for 10+ years. He and his staff provide excellent care and great customer service! State of the art dentistry and a super relaxing and modern environment!!
