My husband and I have bought and sold a home with Jon Mand, and he and his team are amazing!! Because we've moved quite a few times, we've either bought or sold a house 9 different times, and we never had as good an experience anywhere else as we've had with Jon. My first experience working with Jon Mand was when I was a buyer and he had the listing of the home I bought in 2018. When it was time to sell we knew Jon was the broker to help us sell. After a very consultative approach we were able to sell our home quickly for full ask - and a smooth close ensued. I also can’t complement @Raine Dougherty enough.
