We had an experience on a rental property this summer. We made an offer a lease agreement that was accepted, and with minor modifications pending, the lease agreement was pulled without any explanation or communication. Jessica Moriarty and Jon Mahoney never gave us the courtesy of a return email. Our family experienced financial loss due to moving expenses. Their actions were unprofessional and unethical. If you rely on sensible and fair communication, I suggest you go elsewhere.
